🎬 Bonus Round

There’s a Part Two to Every Training

Every afternoon during KISSS, I’m going live in the Facebook group with Caroline from my team for a live demo of what we covered that morning. We walk you through it. We show you exactly how to plan it. And you can ask us anything in real time.

Morning training: the strategy.
Afternoon demo: the how.

  • 🎥 Live on Facebook every afternoon, Monday–Friday
  • 🙋‍♀️ Bring your questions — we answer them live
  • 📺 Can’t make it live? Every demo stays in the Facebook group so you can watch it later

You have to be in the Facebook group to catch the demos — live or after.

What kind of teacher are you?

I’m going to introduce you to three teachers this week — Anne, Betty, and Celeste. Most teachers see themselves pretty clearly in one of them. There’s no right answer and no wrong answer — just self-awareness. And the more honest you are about where you are right now, the more you’ll get out of every training.

Ready to find out?

Answer 5 honest questions — takes about 30 seconds.

🌟 Why teachers come back every year

Real Teachers, Real Wins

After 18 years of teaching I still am learning new things — and remembering things I forgot too! Thank you for bringing the joy back into my teaching and getting me excited to start this year. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Kris Beal KISSS 2025 attendee
These PDs have been informative — but most importantly, they are getting me excited about getting back in the classroom. It is nice to be at a PD with useful information AND with someone who is excited about what she does.
Trinity Addington KISSS 2025 attendee
KISSS was amazing! What a great kick off to school after being a stay-at-home mom for 11 years. I am so pumped up to get this year started. Thanks for all the great ideas!
Stacy Elle KISSS 2025 attendee
Yours is the best training I have had in a very long time.
TJ Kratz KISSS 2025 attendee
I joined you all week and it has been a great week with lots of information and resources. The beginning of the school year is looking less stressful — thank you!
Rachel VanNostran Compeli KISSS 2025 attendee
The PDs have been clear, concise, and informative. I needed these routines and structures because I overthink my teaching. I am making anchor charts with all the info and will use them this school year!
Jo Medrano KISSS 2025 attendee
This PD has been informative, delivered with precision, and visionary! I appreciate how attentive the team has been with all of us — such positive energy.

When and where do the live trainings happen?
Each session goes live at 12:00 PM Eastern / 9:00 AM Pacific Monday through Friday, July 13–17, 2026. The Zoom links are right here on this page in the Schedule — you can grab them anytime.
How long does each session run?
Plan for about 60 minutes of training — and Jamie almost always sticks around after to answer your questions.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes! Every session is recorded — but the replays are available exclusively for Lesson Genie members. If you can’t attend live, joining Lesson Genie is the only way to catch what you missed.
What if I can’t attend a session?

How do I get the bonuses?
See the “Bonuses & Where to Find Them” section above — each bonus has its own way to grab it. The biggest one (The Responsibility Unit) goes to anyone who attends a live session that week; others live in the Facebook group; and there is a special Friday surprise for live Day 5 attendees.
I am having tech issues. Can someone help?
Absolutely. Email [email protected] any time and we will jump in. During training week we usually reply within an hour.
